A long table, friends, good food and drinks, interesting talks in a nice atmosphere – that is my intention for the TAVOLATA evenings. Each time there is space for around 10 guests. My concept is to invite two of my friends to invite 3 of their friends, for a changing mix of people. The menu I cook is simple but with high quality and local ingredients. Sometimes I ask someone to join me preparing the 3 course dinner and at the end I’m very glad that everyone helps cleaning up the kitchen…I’m very happy that Frank gives me the opportunity to welcome my guests at freiwerk, a wonderful design and interior store in the heart of Kreis 3.
